This unique foundation enables the delivery of comprehensive aviation solutions, including private jet charter, aircraft acquisition, aircraft management, refurbishment, repainting, specialist technical support and global aviation parts supply.
Backed by a team with over 40 years of combined operational experience across aviation and complex transport environments, and supported by ISO accredited management systems, Airlux Solutions delivers informed, practical decision making at every stage.
Whether chartering a private aircraft, buying or selling a jet, placing an aircraft under professional management or sourcing certified aircraft components, clients benefit from a calm, transparent and highly personal approach. With a strong track record in safety, compliance and complex project delivery, every flight, component and decision is handled with precision.
Airlux Parts is the Group's dedicated aviation parts division, supporting operators, MROs and flight departments worldwide. The team specialises in the sourcing, verification and rapid delivery of certified aircraft components, from routine maintenance requirements to critical AOG situations, providing confidence, speed and complete transparency.
JJP Holdings Group SW Ltd is a privately owned group with a proven pedigree across multiple transport sectors, from historic and heritage buses through high-end prestige and performance cars to steam railways and aviation. The disciplines, standards and operational rigour developed across these sectors underpin Airlux Solutions' vision to deliver premium aviation services built on experience, precision and trust.
The Group previously delivered operational, logistical and managerial support to Bristol Airport across both airside and ground transportation operations as part of a comprehensive three-year, post-Covid strategy, adding significant technical and operational expertise that now directly supports the Airlux offering.

Our Story
JJP Holdings Group SW Ltd is owned by its founder and Chairman, Jonathan Jones Pratt, whose lifelong passion for transport, spanning buses, cars, rail and aviation, began when he entered the transport industry at the age of 17.
Jonathan completed his Transport Manager qualification at just 17 years old and, at the time, became the youngest person to achieve an International Certificate of Professional Competence. He went on to work within an independent bus operation before establishing a consultancy business which later evolved into what is now JJP Holdings.
In 2015, JJP Holdings acquired and developed the Southern National and Crosville Motor Services bus brands, including the operation of seafront land trains in Weston super Mare. One year later, the Group collaborated with First Group to form what is now Specialist Transport Solutions, a joint venture created to deliver the passenger transport requirements of Europe's largest construction site, Hinkley Point C.
What began as a five bus operation rapidly scaled into a 200 coach organisation which First Bus acquired outright in 2021.
Jonathan remains a highly hands-on Chairman, leading by example and playing an active role across all areas of the Group's businesses.

We employ eco-friendly practices such as optimising flight routes and using carbon offset programmes, which means those who choose to fly with us can enjoy world-class aviation services while also contributing towards a cleaner, greener, future
Another example of how we seek to keep our carbon footprint low is the use of empty leg flights. These happen when a charter is only one-way, or a positioning leg is required before or after the flight. This means there are no passengers on board and only crew are on the aircraft.
The flight still needs to be made with or without passengers, but certain costs remain, such as fuel, crew wages, airport fees and maintenance, so rather than draw in no income to offset the costs, operators offer empty leg flights at a discount. The overall operation becomes more efficient and cost-effective, and for a traveller who can be flexible or spontaneous, and take advantage of short-notice availability, they get the exclusivity and speed of private flight at a discounted price.
